What a weekend! 🎉
Friday night kicked things off with a joint birthday celebration at Southsea Golf Club in Baffins, where Rob turned 50 and John celebrated his 40th. The dance floor was buzzing all night long as we dropped some of the best 90s cheese and 90s dance anthems — think Vengaboys, Haddaway, and Faithless Those nostalgic tunes had everyone singing, dancing, and reminiscing about the golden era of party music!
The atmosphere was brilliant, and it’s always amazing to see how those classic tracks bring people of all ages together. Nights like this are why we love what we do here at Heard The Beat – DJ Portsmouth.
Saturday Night at The Bold Forester, Soberton
Next up, we headed to The Bold Forester in Soberton for Becky’s 40th birthday party. What a fantastic crowd and a great venue!
We started the evening with some country favourites to match the relaxed vibe, then turned things up with reggae and party classics later on. The dance floor stayed full right through to the end — and that’s exactly how we like it!
The starlit DJ booth really made the setup pop. The blue LED starcloth added a splash of colour and gave the whole setup that professional finishing touch. It’s little details like these that help make every birthday DJ booking feel extra special.
