On Saturday 7th June 2025, we had the absolute pleasure of providing the soundtrack for an incredible wedding at Rooksbury Park Events located in Wickham. Being a Portsmouth wedding DJ, it’s always nice to perform at such a beautiful venue, and this venue did not disappoint.
From the very first song, the dance floor was packed and the vibe in the room was electric with everyone from toddlers to grandparents, dancing the night away. You could see it in the bride and groom’s faces that they were having an amazing time with their family and friends, dancing and ofcourse, with good music.
At Heard The Beat, we aim to read the room and keep the party going, and this wedding fell in line with that. We played everything you could think of from 70’s dance floor fillers and 80’s pop, the club classics to indie anthems, finishing the night with the true singalong legends – Mr Brightside, Don’t Look Back in Anger, as well as a couple of guilty pleasures for good measure.
